From 24th September anyone over the age of 16 is required to scan the NHS Test & Trace code when visiting the cinema.
How long will my details be stored?
The Test and Trace app stores details for three months, your details will only be used to contact you in the event of an exposure to the virus
There’s more than one of us, do we all need to register?
Only only person per household needs to register
I don’t want to share my details
Government guidelines require us all to use test and trace in all public spaces so we can help prevent the spread of Coronavirus together, unfortunately we cannot permit entry to the cinema without someone from your household registering. Is there someone else in your group who would be willing to scan the QR code?
I don’t have a smartphone
No problem, does anyone in your party? - If the Answer is no, we have test and trace forms to fill in your details instead.
I'm aged 13-16 do I need to scan this?
You will be required to fill out the paper forms we have available in the cinema.
